**Terms and Conditions**: A 5% deposit is required upon acceptance of your estimate. This secures your project in our schedule, and the contract will take effect once the deposit has been received.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period beginning on the date the deposit is paid. After this period, the following cancellation charges apply:

More than 6 months before the estimated start date: Full refund of the deposit.
4-6 months before the estimated start date: 5% of the estimated project cost.
2-4 months before the estimated start date: 10% of the estimated project cost.
Less than 2 months before the estimated start date: 15% of the estimated project cost.
